We at JAPS are redefining fitness by involving sports and extreme adventure, core work workouts, yoga and cross fit training together to get you into that perfect shape, attain pro fitness levels, self confidence and enthusiasm to focus on your life goals, perform better at your work place and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
JAPS is fitness for all- for as young as 4 year old to 40+ years old. Our uniqueness/USP is indoor climbing wall/bouldering workout sessions. We are proud to be the only one such gym in the entire region having a unique indoor climbing gym and a trained mentor who is an experienced trekker and trained mountaineer.
We plan out unique workout sessions and diet plan for each person which depends on current fitness levels, muscle strength and work schedule. These factors are very important in deciding the exercise schedule but ironically ignored by almost every instructor/trainer at your GYM/fitness center. This can be due to half knowledge or not going under a structured professional fitness training program.
