Climbing is a social sport. This is a sport where skills and abilities like- team building, pro-activeness, problem solving attitude, dealing with failures, mental strength can be developed and improved every session. We focus on small groups of as low as 4 members to big groups of 40 members.

We have a proper exercise plan for full day where we focus to improve on above mentioned skills and abilities.

Full day program-

Reporting of members at center at 5 AM.

  • Stretching and 3 KM run. Limber down and stretching.

  • Full body workout and core strength exercises for 30 minutes. 10 minutes rest.

  • Class- Introduction to climbing, terms and devices used

  • Breakfast

  • Light stretch and warming up.

  • Basic body movements and maneuvering on wall.

  • Making of groups and assigning exercise

  • Lights Snacks

  • Lunch

  • Analyzing the 9 AM exercise, motivating each other and discussion on lesson learnt on mental toughness and failure management.

  • Making of groups and assigning exercise.
