
Climbing is a social sport. This is a sport where skills and abilities like- team building, pro-activeness, problem solving attitude, dealing with failures, mental strength can be developed and improved every session. We focus on small groups of as low as 4 members to big groups of 40 members.
We have a proper exercise plan for full day where we focus to improve on above mentioned skills and abilities.
Full day program-
Reporting of members at center at 5 AM.

Stretching and 3 KM run. Limber down and stretching.

Full body workout and core strength exercises for 30 minutes. 10 minutes rest.

Class- Introduction to climbing, terms and devices used
