Piyush , founder of JAPS is an experienced trekker; mountaineer and adventurist. He started his adventure journey with bungee jumping (83 meters), river rafting (at 3 different places- Kufri, Rishikesh and Laddakh), and went on to extreme adventures- sky diving from 11,000ft., than to mountaineering and trekking in high altitudes where temperature ranges from -10’C to -30’C.

He has successfully completed one of India’s toughest treks- CHADAR TREK in Leh-Laddakh where temperature drops to -10’C during day to -30’C during night. He has climbed mountains with heights of 4000mt to 6000mt. The standout about Piyush is- he’s trained under Armed Forces instructors and has successfully completed Mountaineering, fitness and adventure courses with ‘A’ Grade from esteemed and world renowned- Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Darjeeling.
Piyush is also certified in Wilderness advanced first aid and CPR.

Harry Whether in group exercise or in personal training, Harry's goal is to help you develop into a healthier, happier you.His areas of interest include weight management, functional training, sports conditioning and special population. he trains with a focus on functional fitness for better flexibility, strength, endurance and agility.He believes that there must be a balance between exercise and nutrition in wellness programs in order to combat health risks. Training sessions are progressive in style. . He believes that creating a healthier body takes a commitment to making lifestyle adjustments. Harry’s goal is to help clients make that adjustment successfully.
CERTIFICATIONS: K11 Certified Trainer, Clinical Exercise Specialist, AED-CPR.
Harry's Educational Qualifications also includes DIPLOMA IN PERSONAL TRAINING (DPT)
